Each Vetrina Bloom piece is made to order using fresh, seasonal blooms. Due to the nature of fresh floral materials, all sales are final once production has begun.

If there is a concern regarding your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Each situation is reviewed individually.

Refunds are only possible prior to production.
